You can totally skip this step if you have already decided on a collection, but if you are undecided then I’d recommend ordering samples first. They are non-personalised and give you a great idea of the look and feel, if you are someone who likes to see things in person before buying. You can see available sample packs here.

Ordering a collection?

You can have a look through my collections here. Once you’ve decided on one you’d like to order, then get in touch by filling out the contact form and let me know your chosen items and how many you need. 

Ordering something bespoke?

Get in touch via the contact form with your ideas so we can have a chat about what I can design for you and how many items you need.

Once you’ve decided

Now is a good time to let me know your wedding date, so I can check I have space in my diary for your order, especially if you are ordering bespoke items or are getting married during peak summer season.

Finally, you’ll choose your collection/delivery option. I can post your items to you (UK only) or if you live in Devon, I can hand-deliver to your home/venue (price calculated depending on location). For those who live near me in Paignton, Devon then I offer the option to collect from my home address for free if you’d like.  

Once I know your chosen options, I will get back to you with your personalised quote.

If you are happy to go ahead with ordering, you can secure your order by paying a 50% non-refundable deposit. I’ll email over your invoice and once paid, your date will be saved!

Next, I’ll get your details and the information needed for personalisation and get started designing your stationery! You’ll also decide on your luxury paper finish now too, if you haven’t done so already. See the selection of luxury sustainable cardstock you can choose from below.

Please note –  The deadline for me receiving this information from you is 6 weeks before collection/delivery/postal dispatch date. 

When your designs are ready for proofing, I’ll email over a PDF for you to approve. Once you are happy with the designs, the full balance is due (or no later than one month before dispatch/collection date).

Please note: spelling and details will need to be double checked by you at this stage, as they cannot be changed once submitted for print. Design proofs must be approved by you no later than 4 weeks before collection/delivery/postal dispatch date.

Once final payment has been received, your designs will go to print!

When your order is ready, I’ll let you know and depending on which option you’ve chosen, I’ll arrange for your items to get to you!
