Top 5 Wedding Stationery Trends for 2025

The Hottest Wedding Stationery Trends in 2025

My Top 5 Wedding Stationery Trends to look out for if you are getting married this year

Wedding stationery is such a big part of setting the tone for your wedding guests. From sending out invitations and save the dates, to signage on the day, your stationery is the ultimate way to showcase your personality and style for your wedding.

With so many wedding trends and styles out there, it can be really hard to choose the perfect ones for your one-of-a-kind wedding. So, I’ve gathered together my top five wedding stationery trends for 2025 to help you create a show stopping wedding.

1. Sustainable Stationery

It’s probably no secret that the green wedding trend has been growing for a while now and 2025 looks set to be no different. In fact, it came near the top on my couples list of priorities during a recent survey I did.

There are many ways to embrace eco-conscious choices with sustainable wedding stationery and going green doesn’t mean you have to compromise on style. There are many beautiful and unique designs out there, from plantable invites to sleek designs on luxury recycled paper, you’ll have plenty to choose from.

Some couples are even opting to incorporate technology into their stationery, with QR codes that link to wedding websites or sending e-save-the-dates to reduce the carbon footprint of their wedding.

All my stationery uses the finest sustainable materials. From recycled paper invitations adorned with planet friendly inks, to eco-friendly welcome signs made using wood pulp. Add a touch of green elegance to your wedding while making a positive impact on the environment.

2. Personalisation

Personalised wedding stationery can create a lasting impression that reflects your individuality and is a great way to add the wow factor to your wedding.

Monograms and crests are continuing to be popular this year, as well as initials on wax seals and embossed envelopes. Monograms, like the one in my collection Mono, can be a fantastic way to add a sense of drama and elegance to your invitations, save the dates or your welcome sign. Want to go even more personalised? Why not create your own personal couples crest and create a new family tradition.

As time goes on, more and more couples are embracing personalisation by incorporating their personalities, interests, and shared memories into stationery that showcases their unique love stories.

3. Minimalism

Less is more in 2025. Over the last few years, maximalist design definitely tried to give minimalistic design a run for it’s money, but the minimalist wedding trend is still growing exponentially!

Couples are still opting for monochrome invitations and toned down earthy colour palettes for things like save the dates, place cards or seating plan signs. Clean lines and simple typography take centre stage here.

Minimalistic wedding stationery is versatile and will compliment pretty much anything on your wedding day, from floral arrangements to décor. The beauty of simple wedding stationery design can convey sophistication and an everlasting timeless charm to your wedding.

4. Illustrations

As your wedding stationery is a reflection of who you are as a couple, illustrations can be a great way to showcase your personality and give your guests a glimpse of what’s to come.

Venue illustrations will continue to be popular this year, like this one I did of Deer Park Country House for a wedding in 2024. Themed illustrations, particularly for destination weddings, are a good way to include a nod to your venue location. Think pretty grapevine detailing on your welcome sign for a vineyard wedding or a beautifully hand-drawn picture of your manor house on your wedding invitations.

Hand-painted watercolour illustrations can give a sense of whimsy artistry or opt for an elegant line drawing for a touch of modern sophistication.

If you want to inject a bit of fun, imagery and personality into your wedding stationery then illustrations are the way to go! Why not order some bespoke stationery and really let your creativity go wild. I can always help you with ideas if you need them.

5. Fabric Signage

Fabric installations were BIG last year for weddings and 2025 looks set to be no different with lots of my couples booked in for fabric signage already.

Fabric wedding signage screams luxury and elegance and are gracing the covers of magazines like Vogue, with lots of celebrities opting for flowing fabric beauty.

But you can achieve this look (without having to break your budget) easily and it is perfect for welcome signs, seating plans, order of the day signs and more.

Go for smaller luxury with bar menus or romantic phrases and drape them over a bar or from the ceiling. The creative options are endless.

Our fabric signs are made using sustainable materials too, so you’ll be doing your bit for the planet as well.

So there you have it! My top five trends to look out for in 2025. If you are the type of person who loves to follow the latest trends or your more of a trendsetter yourself, just remember that your wedding day should be a reflection of you as a couple.

Are you getting married this year? Couples are snapping up dates in my diary fast, so I’d recommend enquiring as soon as possible to check if I am free for your wedding date and get yourself booked in.

Let’s make 2025 the best year yet!
