J + J’s Elegant Wedding At Huntsham Court

Jen + James

With fabric signage, elegant details, stunning florals and a welcome sign with a Lord of the Rings quote

Wow – what a day for Jen and James! Their elegant wedding at Huntsham Court was expertly styled by the beautiful bride herself, florist Jen, who creates the most stunning creations. Go check out her work at Flowers By Jen. The whole vibe was editorial luxury at this gorgeous historical venue, coordinated by the talented Natalie Hyland at Hyland Weddings. Joyous scenes were captured by photographer Nicole Beveridge and content creator Undercover Bestie. This feature showcases stunning imagery that wouldn’t look out of place on the cover of Vogue magazine, so if that’s your vibe keep scrolling!

For their wedding aesthetic, Jen and James chose elegant black and whites with pops of champagne, creams and soft pinks, making for a timeless look. From the epic floral installations and the silk bridesmaid dresses, to the smallest of luxurious details like the fabric signage they chose.

The couple chose stationery from the Willow Collection – a timeless range with elegant scripted font, perfect for the occasion. Their fabric welcome sign, hung on a black frame, greeted guests outside the incredible historic venue, setting the scene of what was to come. We added a Lord of the Rings quote to the bottom of the welcome sign which was a lovely romantic touch. As a huge fan of the films myself, this was a highlight for me!

“Thank you for the most stunning stationary for our wedding! I have framed the part of our welcome sign with the Lord of the Rings quote and we re used the bar sign for a BBQ and plan to do so again xx.”

Jen and James tied the knot on the lawns outside and guests enjoyed celebratory drinks from the vintage bar by Virginia’s Furniture Hire whilst being serenaded by Meghan Rae. They enjoyed a champagne tower before exploring the incredible venue grounds for their couple portraits.

Back inside the stunning Yellow Room and Library welcomed guests for the wedding breakfast. A fabric seating plan from the Willow Collection guided guests to their seats and inside the tables were dressed to impress! From table numbers, floral centrepieces and personalised guest name menus from the Willow Collection, it all looked so elegantGuests dined on food from Max and Mikes with three mouth-watering choices for guests to choose from. Each guest had their choice displayed on their personalised menu and I loved the fact that the bride and groom dined on all three dishes for each course!

Guests were also treated to two stunning wedding cakes by the Little Buttercup Cakery, which were beautifully arranged on a cake display table with a personalised cake menu. In the snug bar, hung a bespoke fabric bar menu sign, which we draped on the mantel. Listing all the drink options and looking gorgeous at the same time!

Jen and James were a delight to work with and I enjoyed creating stationery for their beautiful day. I was over the moon when they sent me a thank you bouquet of flowers in the post afterwards. A real pinch me moment of how kind my couples are and a reminder that I am just the luckiest stationer in the world to get to do what I do.
